Placing Order

  • Q: Do you have a store where I can try?

    A: No. We are an online store, and we ship worldwide.

  • Q: When should I order my dress?

    A: All our dresses are made to order.

    Estimated Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

    It takes 4 to 6 weeks to ship wedding dresses or 2-4 weeks for other dresses. Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method. You can find the ordering timeline on each product page with standard production service and rush service. We suggest customers order at least 2-3 months earlier and customers will have plenty of time to alter the dresses just in case.

  • Q: Do I have to create an account on Lunss for shopping?

    A: You could shop pre-designed items without registration. For customized items, account registration is a must-have.

  • Q: Can I make changes to your dresses? And the cost?

    A: Yes. All dresses on Loveangeldress are re-designable. The extra cost will be charged based on alterations you make. Contact our designer to get a quote through email sales@loveangeldress.com  .

  • Q: Are you able to recreate/duplicate a dress if I provide a picture or sketch?

    A: Yes, we are good at it.

  • Will the dress come the exactly same as shown?

    A: For pre-designed items they will come exactly the same as shown.

    For items in Gallery, they are for design inspiration. Our designer will check details about your design demands before production. The finished item images will be provided for your confirmation before shipping.

  • Q: Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?

    A: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. The tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed, and materials cannot be reused.

    For any changes or cancellations, please do contact us before In Producing status. Please note that corresponding change fees will be charged on changes you need.

Price & Payment

  • Q: How much for a customized dress?

    A: It depends on your dress design and the fabric you choose. Our designer will offer you the precise quotation after checking your design demands.

    General price range: Wedding Dress 299USD+, Formal Dress 169USD+, Flower Girl Dress 99+

    Special discount will be given for ordering more than 5 pieces at one time.

  • Q: Do I have to pay before seeing the dress I design?

    A: Yes. We purchase fabrics and start making your dress after getting payment and all design details confirmed.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept Paypal Only. If you have any issues with placing your order, please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!

  • Q: Can I choose down payment?

    A: Yes. Down payment is only available for customized items. You could either choose full payment or down payment when place order. For a down payment, we charge 60% of the full cost for starting the production, and the rest 40% after showing the finished item images before shipping.

  • Q: Is sketch free?

    A: Sketch fee is not included in dress cost. You have to pay for it separately if needed.

  • Q: Is design service free?

    A: Yes. You will have 3 one-to-one design consultations for free. Upgrading to Loveangeldress is required if you want to continue more with our designer before paying for the dress.

  • Q: My payment won't go through!
  • A: If you're having some trouble with your payment, we do have some tips that usually work, but we're not able to override the actual system to accept payment if it won't go through.

    Some things you can try that may work include:

    1. Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and zip code if asked.
    2. Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Customers can still pay via Paypal guest check out if customers do not have a Paypal account.
    3. Try using a different card.
    4. Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
    5. If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. Occasionally, when purchasing from an online company for the first time, your financial institution will issue a hold on the funds if they are unfamiliar with it.
    6. One thing to keep in mind is that even if your bank approves the payment, our processor may decline it if it does not pass the necessary security checks set up.
    7. If you've tried everything else, feel free to contact us.

  • Q: Can I make my dress with custom size?

    A: Yes. You could fill in your precise measurements when place an order by following our How-to-Measure. No extra fee will be charged for custom size and plus size.

  • Q: Will a wedding or bridesmaid dress fit me if I’m pregnant?

    A: Yes. We can make any wedding gown/bridesmaid dress with custom size to fit you.

  • Q: What size am I?

    A: Measure yourself with help from your friend or a local tailor by following our How-to-Measure. You could choose a standard size by checking our Standard Size Chart, or fill in your precise measurements when place order.

  • Q: Can I change the shown dress color?

    A: Yes. Most dresses have multiple color choices.

  • Q: Can I have dress fabric samples/color swatches to check in person?

    A: Yes. We provide swatches.

Production & Shipping

  • Q: When will I receive my order?

    A: It depends on the dress design and service you choose. Production time and shipping time with standard service and rush service are listed in each item page. For customized items, please refer to the time our designer sets on your customization page. For general production time, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

  • Q: Is there any rush service to shorten the production time?

    A: Yes. You could choose a rush service to shorten the production time when place order. The detailed production time with rush service is listed on each item page.

  • Q: Can I rush my order after paying?

    A: It depends on your order status. Please contact our customer service or your customized item designer to check if it is still available.

  • Q: How much is the shipping cost?

    You may add items to the shopping cart to check on the accurate shipping fee. Customers can also place a test order to check the total cost.

    We have 3 shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping, and economical shipping. The shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order.

    If you have any issues with shipping cost, please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!

  • Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

    A: No.

  • Q: Do I need to pay sales tax or customs duties?

    A: Items at Loveangeldress are listed with prices without customs duties, sales taxes, VAT or any other hidden fees. Except for California, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, we don’t charge any sales tax or VAT from customers in other states or countries.

    However, because of strict customs inspection in some countries, you may be charged customs fees on imported items by the local customs office.

    Sorry that we have no control over this and cannot predict what amount might be. You may contact your local customs tax office for details.

  • Q: How long will it take to arrive after shipping?

    A: It depends on where your country is. Normally it takes 10~15 working days with standard shipping to arrive after shipping, and 3~4 working days with expedited shipping method. More details please refer to our Shipping Policy.

  • Q: How can I track my order?

    A: Once your order has been shipped, we will normally send you a dispatch notification with a tracking number through email.

  • Q: Is it possible to change my shipping address?

    A: Yes. You could inform us to change your shipping address before shipping. It will cause extra cost for changing the shipping address after shipping.

  • Q: What countries or regions do you ship to?

    A: Loveangeldress ships worldwide to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, and more.

    We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely.

    A: Yes. You could cancel the order before shipping with maximum 40% refund for customized items. More details please refer to our Return Policy

  • Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the finished design?

    A: We provide free alteration in an adjustable range for one time if you are not satisfied with the finished design. An extra fee might be charged if we have to buy fabrics for the modification. If you need to send back the customized item for modification, the round shipping cost will be on your own.

  • Q: Can I have a refund for my sketch?

    A: Sorry that sketch order can’t be canceled after being in In Production status. Refund is not available for a sketch.

  • Q: Can I have a refund for my fabric samples/color swatches?

    A: Sorry that fabric samples/color swatches are non-refundable items.

  • Q: Can I have a refund for fabrics?

    A: All items on Loveangeldress are made to order. Refund is only available when there is a quality issue. More details please refer to our Return Policy.

  • Q: What if my dress doesn’t fit?

    A: All dresses on Loveangeldress are hand-sewn. Please allow 1 inch (2-3 cm) difference. We pay for local alteration fee or modify it for free if we make mistake on size. More details please refer to our Return Policy.
