Tailoring time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Shipping time takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination, that is various from the different countries.
We provide rush order service for all products, and will only charge once the rush fee per order, even though there are 2 or more products in one order. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you contact us before place order to avoid error estimates. Customers who want to would like to look at the finished items before shipping, could not accept full refund if they do not like the items, or the customers have to pay 70% amount of the charge if they won't accept the items.
As we are custom made dresses, not in stock dresses, we do not accept returned dresses that with custom details include color, custom requests as we never resell such returned items to other customers.

3-DAY RETURN POLICY
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, with no smell of perfume or any other trace of worn, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
You should contact us within 3 days(from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us. You can email us to claim your return. A reply with the resolution is offered within 24 hours.
If we shipped you the right item, but you're not satisfied:
If you receive your order but not satisfied with it, please feel free to contact our customer service, we will help you find a perfect solution ASAP.
If we shipped you the wrong item, you have the option of:
Keep it for a 20%-50% refund.
Order a new one with 50% off.
Returning it for a 70% refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for the return with customer service before sending items back.
Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed returning of the item will not be credited.
Damaged or miss-shipped items
You are eligible for a full refund for damaged or miss-shipped items or you can choose to exchange your item. You just need to provide the proof of the problem to our Customer Service. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Sizing or fitting issues
Items that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you provided cannot be returned or exchanged. Generally, due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there will be 1-2 cm error existence. So you must refer to our measurement guide and size chart very carefully before you select the size. we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs.
Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
Customers who want to would like to look at the finished items before shipping, could not accept full refund if they do not like the items, or the customers have to pay 75% amount of the charge if they won't accept the items.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment,we will charge 25%.

72 hours after payment, the order can NOT be canceled.
How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?
Orders will be automatically canceled without payment within 7 days.
Why buyers need to pay for cancellations？
Many customers maliciously cancel orders for various reasons, so our company has issued these policies, because canceling orders halfway will cause us a lot of losses，since all our dresses are not in stock, but brand new and custom made for each order.
Note: The buyer has to pay extra for compasation if they ask for change color or measurements after the dresses started.

It takes 4 to 6 weeks to ship wedding dresses or 2-4 weeks for other dresses. Shipping can take 3-10 business days subject to the shipping method. You can find the ordering timeline on each product page with standard production service and rush service. We suggest customers order at least 2-3 months earlier and customers will have plenty of time to alter the dresses just in case.
Q: Do I have to create an account on Lunss for shopping?
A: You could shop pre-designed items without registration. For customized items, account registration is a must-have.
Q: Can I make changes to your dresses? And the cost?
A: Yes. All dresses on Loveangeldress are re-designable. The extra cost will be charged based on alterations you make. Contact our designer to get a quote through email email@example.com .
Q: Are you able to recreate/duplicate a dress if I provide a picture or sketch?
A: Yes, we are good at it.
Will the dress come the exactly same as shown?
A: For pre-designed items they will come exactly the same as shown.
For items in Gallery, they are for design inspiration. Our designer will check details about your design demands before production. The finished item images will be provided for your confirmation before shipping.
Q: Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?
A: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. The tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed, and materials cannot be reused.

Q: How much for a customized dress?
A: It depends on your dress design and the fabric you choose. Our designer will offer you the precise quotation after checking your design demands.

Special discount will be given for ordering more than 5 pieces at one time.
Q: Do I have to pay before seeing the dress I design?
A: Yes. We purchase fabrics and start making your dress after getting payment and all design details confirmed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal Only. If you have any issues with placing your order, please do let us know and we'll be more than happy to walk you through it!
Q: Can I choose down payment?
A: Yes. Down payment is only available for customized items. You could either choose full payment or down payment when place order. For a down payment, we charge 60% of the full cost for starting the production, and the rest 40% after showing the finished item images before shipping.
Q: Is sketch free?
A: Sketch fee is not included in dress cost. You have to pay for it separately if needed.
Q: Is design service free?
A: Yes. You will have 3 one-to-one design consultations for free. Upgrading to Loveangeldress is required if you want to continue more with our designer before paying for the dress.
- Q: My payment won't go through!
A: If you're having some trouble with your payment, we do have some tips that usually work, but we're not able to override the actual system to accept payment if it won't go through.
Some things you can try that may work include:
- Make sure all information is correct including credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and zip code if asked.
- Try using PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Customers can still pay via Paypal guest check out if customers do not have a Paypal account.
- Try using a different card.
- Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
- If your payment is still declined, you may need to contact your bank. Occasionally, when purchasing from an online company for the first time, your financial institution will issue a hold on the funds if they are unfamiliar with it.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?
You may add items to the shopping cart to check on the accurate shipping fee. Customers can also place a test order to check the total cost.
We have 3 shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping, and economical shipping. The shipping fee varies from country to country. It also depends on the weight of the items you order.

A: Items at Loveangeldress are listed with prices without customs duties, sales taxes, VAT or any other hidden fees. Except for California, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, we don’t charge any sales tax or VAT from customers in other states or countries.

- You should take off everything except your underwear to get an accurate measurement.
- Wear no shoes when measuring.
- No need to find a seamstress, because our measuring guide is very easy to follow. Plus, seamstresses usually take the measurements without referring to our guide, which might result in a poor fit.
- Please measure everything 2-3 times to be certain.
Back Shoulder Width
This is the distance from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.
Place the tape on "top" of the shoulders. Measure from the edge of the left shoulder across to the prominent neck bone located at the center of the back of the neck continuing to the edge of the right shoulder.
This is a measurement of the fullest part of your bust or body circumference at the bust. It is a body measurement which measures the circumference of a woman's torso at the level of the breasts.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust and center the tape on your back so it's leveled all the way around.
- This isn't your bra size!
- Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides.
- Wear the bra you're planning to wear with your dress when taking this.
This is a measurement of the circumference of your ribcage just below where your breasts end.
Wrap the tape around your ribcage right below your bust. Make sure the tape is leveled all the way around.

Mid-Shoulder to Bust Point
This is the measurement from your mid-shoulder where your bra strap naturally sit down to your bust point (nipple). Please wear your bras when taking this measurement.
With shoulders and arms relaxed, measure from the mid-shoulder point down to the nipple. Please wear your bras when taking this measurement.

This is a measurement of your natural waistline or the smallest part of your waist.
Run tape around natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel with the floor. Bend to one side to find a natural indentation in the torso. This is your natural waist.
This is a measurement around the fullest part of your buttocks.
Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.
Stand straight with bare feet together. Measure from the top of the head straight down to the floor.
Hollow to Hem
This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.
Long Dress Hollow to Hem（front hem) = Hollow to Floor + Shoe Height
Hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.
- When taking this measurement, stand straight with your feet together without wearing shoes.
- We define knee length as the area just below your knee caps. Measuring too high may result in a dress that is too short.
This is a measurement around the fullest part of your upper arm.
- Measure with the muscle relaxed.
This is the measurement of your armhole.
In order to take your armscye measurement, you must wrap the measuring tape over the top of your shoulder and around under your armpit.
This is the measurement from your shoulder seam to where you would like your sleeve to end.
Measure from your shoulder seam to desired sleeve length with your arm relaxed by your side to get the best possible measurement.
